Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Gift vouchers are valid for single-use only. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any additional appointment thereafter.

Gift vouchers may be redeemed against any resident artist at La Maison des Artistes on the appointment date.

Appointment bookings are subject to artist approval for desired piece. Rates vary by each artist.

Gift vouchers may not be used as a deposit towards an appointment.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have balances consolidated to an additional voucher, or be replaced after expiry.

If your appointment exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid directly to the artist.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or replaced if lost, stolen, or defaced.

La Maison des Artistes or any artist thereof, reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if such action is deemed necessary for the safety of our studio and artists.

Gift vouchers remain the property of La Maison des Artistes.
